We want you to love your Truck & Barter purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your items please contact us directly at info@truckandbarter.co within 10 days of your purchase. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM Pacific Standard Time. Emails sent on Saturday and Sunday will be returned on the following Monday.
Simply ship back unused, unopened goods. At this time we can only accept returns of goods that are in perfect sellable condition within 10 days of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 days.
We reserve the right to approve or deny a refund based on the condition of returned goods.
Return shipping is paid by customer.
